vbGallery Unregistered Users ViewGallery=Off (Flash Upload Stops working)

vbulletin Unregistered Users ViewForum=Off (Flash Upload Stops working)

#1 On your local vbulletin test site: login with privileges.
--> Just to make sure you have full access!
#2 Upload to vbgallery using flash
--> This will absolutely work on your system as it does mine.
#3 In vBulletin's admin panel: Usergroup Unregistered: VIEW FORUMS=NO
--> Creating Registration Only Board -- All other options are irrelevant.
#4 Re-upload to your vbgallery test site with the same privilege as step #1

My Test Setup:
New vbulletin 4.1.2 --> Default setup, no mods, no plugins, default style
New vbgallery 3.01 --> Default setup, default style
apache 2.2.xx, php 5.3.x, mysql 5.1.xx, Default vbulletin tables

The following Errors are reported:
No Mysql Errors
No PHP Errors: ENOTICE & ESTRICT, display_errors=on, display_startup_errors=on

Please confirm this on your test site.

This sounds to me as if it is a the same problem as not being logged into vbulletin: breaks the CSS. The baseurl has changed or an invalid relative address. Some of the files errors were based on vbulletin files not vbgallery. And, Yes, I do have the baseurl patch in the plugins. This is not a flash problem so please do not address it as one.
