vBulletin 4.1.4 - CKeditor and vBGallery

Upgraded to vBuletin 4.1.4, vBGallery is 3.01:

1. In the comment forms there are no editor buttons now, either in simple or extended mode (newreply.php).

2. After sending a comment on a page like http://tfpforum.ru/gallery/showimage.php?i=80729 user gets redirected to http://tfpforum.ru/showimage.php?i=80729 (same URL but without the vBGallery folder in the path) - and this page doesn't exist, of course, a blank page shows with the not found error. The comment is posted though. The Gallery's URL is in place in settings, the only thing that changed is the vB 4.1.4 upgrade. The user is in only one user group which has permissions to post comments without moderation.

Only I had to read that three times (once before I posted the initial question) to figure out that there actually two totally different problems discussed in that post.
