Cannot make comments

Hi Guys. I have upgraded to Vbilletin 4.1.3 and now cannot place comments on pictures. If any member tries they get a "Page cannot be found" error

I'm running VBgallery 3.0.1

The actual message they get is "Page not found" and this isn't a 404 error by the way.
Just took a closer look and it seems that the comments are posted to the images so I'm guessing this might be a re-direct problem. Its like after making a comment on apicture the user isn't redirected back to the picture.
