Wrong path? Hello, my gallery is located in public_html/web/gallery. The settings: Gallery URL http ://xyz.de/web/gallery Files Path /home/xyz/public_html/web/gallery/files Now problem: When everythink is okay: 1. open xyz.de/web/ then I click for example on "vbcredits" or "media" (both installed addons) => xyz.de/web/credits.php , xyz.de/web/media.php The error: 1. open xyz.de/web/ now directly click on Gallery now if I click on vbredits or media the URL is: xyz.de/web/gallery/credits.php , xyz.de/web/gallery/media.php Any idea how to fix this? Thanks kesandal |
Try placing any mod script names like media.php etc in the vbgallery settings under the header navbar footer replacements. Just put the script names under the proper section and save. |
Hello Chuck, thanks for your reply. The problem seems to be sold - but only if the user is logged in. If a guest klicks on gallery and then on media the path is still xyz.de/web/gallery/credits.php Regards kesandal |
well like I said you can try placing any script name in the appropriate rewrite section in the admin panel under vbgallery or actually edit the true link to that credits.php script and make it full url. The issue is the relative url to scripting and showing those links over another application. |

If the user is not logged in the problem exist. By the way; The credits.php is just an example. The problem concerning approx. 5 addons which have tabs in the nav-bar. |
You can edit any of those mods links in vb where ever they are to full urls. I do not beleive the rewrite section I am referring to in vbgallery has anything to do with being logged in or out. You can post a url if you want someone to check out what you mean. |
OK; I'm wondering, what will happen if the site is bilingual? I just found out that inside the gallery, several Header links are messed up. Isn't there a better way to edit inside the navbar? |
Well the gallery is whatever language your setting. If you expecting things to work with multiple languages you need to load whichever charset would support both. |
