Exclamation Images not showing after domain switch

I moved domain A with vb3.8 and gallery to domain b and updated to vb4.1.3 and updated the gallery as well. Everything went well, but I get the red box of death. The path appears correct and I made sure the files folder is at 0777.

I tried uploading and got an error at first, but changing the "Always use Forum URL as Base Path" setting to no, fixed that issue. I just don't see the images. What could I be doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Ok oddly enough if I right click on the image and go to properties and then copy and paste the url, I can see the image just fine. I would really like to resolve this issue as I need to update my account information as well.

Thanks

I would suggest you check to ensure your server paths and urls are all correct under your vbgallery admin settings.

If the files exist on the new server then they should be shown provided the path and urls are right in admin.

You might want to post a site url as its hard to give support without site info.

Double checked and it all appears correct. I can see the images if I copy and paste the Direct Link Code.

Your images show its your thumbnails

Have you checked permissions on those files?

www[dot]alldance[dot]fm/gallery/files/1/9/7/6/rklp4u1_thumb.jpg

See what I mean this is coming from the actual file on the server not the program from what I can tell.

what is the permission on that specific file it should be 644 at least.

The guys over at ServInt got it working by renaming the .htaccess as it was preventing the images from displaying correctly. Should I post up the contents for your review and corrections?

Also, how do I go about updating my account information?

Thanks

Yes next guess would be where you running any htaccess file which is outside the software. htaccess is a server level directive

if you need to change the contact email you can contact sales. You can change the domain name if that changed in your members area.
