All images showing up as thumbnails

It seems that all my images are being stored as thumbnails. The "normal" images show up blurry and the pop out window for the "original" image gives me a big window with a thumbnail in the corner.

This happens to all the images I imported from the vB albums and any new images I upload.

I'd post a link here for you to see, but I haven't had 15 problems yet.

3 questions:
A - does it only happen for images you imported? does it also happen if you upload a fresh image?
B- for importer, did you rebuild the files in correct order?
C -there are 2 importers in the mod corner, one for 2.xx and one for 3.xx. did you use the correct one?
