Invalid Security Token

I have users getting the "invalid security token" message when they try to upload a photo that is larger then the limits I have set in my Admincp. They should be getting a different type of error message telling then that the file is to large.

What would cause this and how would I fix it?

Interesting it only happens when they upload a larger file normal uploads work?

Yes, at this time it only seems to display the "invalid security token" message with photos larger than what I have my limits set to.

I have my JPG set to 1500000, 1280, 1024. The file trying to be uploaded is 3605K and 2592 x 1936. They are exceeding the limit but it should not be giving them a invalid security token error. Shouldn't it be telling them that there file is to large or something to that effect and letting them know what the limits are?

Where would you like me to send the file to? There seems no place to send an attachment in the contact us link.

I just uploaded that picture with the regular test user you have me and it uploaded fine so I was not able to replicate the issue.

Weird, you were able to upload the photos. I thought it was out of my specs. I will have to double check and also tell one of my users having the problem to try doing it again.

I will keep you posted.

Okay that is good. I guess I would see usergroups and see if there is a difference there.

The question to answer would be why the specific user is having the issue when one can register a username and have no issue and another user does.

I just tried it again with one of my test users that I tried before. I am not able to duplicate the security token error. But what it is doing, when I try to upload more than one photo at a time (that are over my set limits) it will not let me but it does not come back giving me a message telling me why. It goes through the process of uploading the files and just jumps back to the upload screen prompt with any message or anything.

If I upload just a single photo then is come back and tells me the reason why.

I don't know why it will not come back giving a reason why when uploading multiple photos but it will when uploading a single photo.

I will keep looking into this as well.

I have tried IE and Chrome without the security token error. I have not tried FF as I do not have it installed on this computer. I wrote to the user asking what browser he is using and am waiting for his reply.

I use firefox and have no issues thus far. I have all different browsers out there on my computer so if you get more info there let me know.
