Userinfo Merge
 

I have a question. What is Userinfo Merge used for in VBGallery?

usermerge makes sure the info between the forum and gallery user tables is in sync.

I guess that makes a little sense then.

I was having some issues with users in my database that I could not make changes to or edit through the ADMINCP. I submitted a support ticket to vBulletin and they troubleshot the software and this is what they told me.

Interesting since I think all that does is grab a users stuff and update the gallery user table. The interaction is not the other way around.

I don't know. That was why I asked. I turned my access over to the VB Team and they troubleshot the problem and fixed it and told me what it was that caused it. I was jsut relaying the message.

I know that I am just saying I do not see how that has an interaction with editing a vb user.
