Crazy Thumbnails

Just installed and done some test uploads. All photo thumbnails are the same!! The thumbnail for every photo uploaded is the same as the first photo, If I click on the photo, then it shows the proper pic and not the one in the thumb; weird, can anyone shed some light on what is going on? Thanks
