Exclamation Database error when viewing user profile

Only when vbgallery is enabled, I get a database error when trying to see userprofile for (only) one of my users. This user has not uploaded any pictures in the vbgallery.

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
No database error when trying to see other users. What might be the problem?
When I disable vbgallery, the problem disappears.
apparently when I disable this plugin, everything works OK.

When enabled, I get that mysql error and also notice a bunch of member are showing as usergroup GUEST

The gallery however is still live even when disable...? and seems to work normally...
should i upgrade to 2.5.1 first ? or fix the problemand them upgrade ?

well first thing to do is make sure you upgrade your vb to a final version.

Next you should be using 2.51 I would think here if your really using 3.82 although your error says 3.80 rc2

Your error does not indicate anything to do with vbgallery but you most definately want to be running the latest for your vb version and make sure to reinstall the product plugins thats an option as well on the install script.

Okay well to make sure you are truly running 2.51 you need to upload the xml and install file and select on the install to import product plugin.

On some installs, the db was no upgraded to version number 2.51...

go to your acp, products and plugins,
select product manager and there install product.. select the product file that is located in your admincp. (take it from the install package of vbgallery 2.51)
forums/admincp/product-ppvbgallery.xml
Install it with overwrite YES

(this is nothing else than what the installer does, when you select the option that chuck mentionned, though the installer will additionally patch the image paths, which you do not need as gallery is allready running).
