To obtain support please read that post and correct accordingly.

I quite honestly think it's a disgrace that you have to pay $39 to get a little help on an old product that you purchased at full price and isnt working correctly!

tell me how that works?

One owned license grants you the right to run one software installation on one domain for an unlimited time, and purchasing an owned license gives you access to our members download area and support for one year.
Our policies have never been hidden. There are right there on the license as well as the order page. You do not buy a license and get continued support forever.

In fact your using vbulletin and I beleive there support cost per year is $80.00 if you want support.

I can tell you that you might want to check your vbgallery forum and usergroup permissions but if you want us to provide product support you would need to renew access for $39.00

vb.org and vb.com are both free support forums!

i can honestly say this will do you damage and lose you alot of customers - you should at least offer support to customers on the product they have paid for!

vbulletin.org is not a vbulletin company site.

vbulletin.com I beleive offers limited involvement support on there site although any hands on or email support is paid.

Our software is also alot cheaper than vbulletin and our policies are very clear. member support is free for the first year. After which you can purchase a members area renewal for $39.00 anytime you need.

i think this is shocking! sorry to say - i don't mean to come across rude! but why should i pay more to get my product working?

Chuck S October 30th, 2009 07:31 PM

Well obviously the product has worked quite well for over a year and more but something has changed recently I am sure.

Now as previously stated this is not something you dont already know. You agreed to the product licensing and policies when you purchased the software.

This is the first thing you see on our order page! The wording on that page has been the same for almost 7 years.
