Upgrade from 2.1 to 2.5
Hey Chuck.

I have upgraded from a previous version of VB Gallery to 2.5 and for some reason the VB Gallery is no longer available in my admin section?

That is a permissions thing. Try logging in as the number 1 main superadmin administrator and then setting permissions for any subsequent admin you wish to view the vbgallery tab.
