Logged in or logged out errors.

I discovered this error when I logged out and visited the gallery.

Oddly at the very bottom of the page after all the error messages, my categories are shown as if I was logged in.

See this thread for another example. Member of my users are reporting the same error.

Has anything changed? We can try reuploading a default file and see what you get and go from there.
