Upgrading to 2.5 - You are already running the current version -

OK, this is the third time I've had a new upgrade and run into this same problem. THE UPGRADE SCRIPT REFUSES TO RUN and returns the "You are already running the current version" which is not true if it hasn't done the upgrade script.

Can you please give me a refund for the year's subscription that I just paid for since the script refusing to run makes it worthless to me?

If you just upgraded is there an option under your uploads options in vbgallery admin for the flash uploader? If so the upgrade has run and your fine.
