That same error would be impossible since the query was changed.

what is the error you got today?

SELECT activationid, usergroupid, emailchange
FROM forums_useractivation
WHERE activationid = 11457523
AND userid =
AND type = 0;

MySQL Error : You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'AND type = 0' at line 5

If you made the change noted have you ran the resync users from gallery admin

The problem with your error above is that really is not a gallery query so its hard to distinguish that as a gallery specific error.

The error before was definately a gallery query and such which we did correct.

The real problem here is, when we disable your software, the error disappears..

Well I wish I knew how the gallery would be connected with that error.

The one error we have here is in registration there was an issue running a gallery plugin t add the user also to the gallery and that fix is located in post 20

http://www.photopost.com/forum/1249997-post20.html

Your error was a gallery query and my post fixed that

You can try and rebuild the gallery userinfo under gallery maintenance but I am not seeing any connection with the vb scripting to sent an activation email from a vb script and the gallery so its hard to suggest anything.

Any issues we had long ago have been fixed. You seem to be struggling with this issue for the better part of a year now. Since we released the only fix that pertained to the issue was fixed and I linked it here for you as no one else had problem as long as there plugin is correct. Yours seem to be tricking down to other actions which is why repeatedly I have pondered what does vbgallery have to do with vbulletin sending an activation email you know getting the user info. Why would the vb register script not have the userid. I would suspect the correct combination of plugins may result in an error. The fact that we can install vbulletin install vbgallery and it work fine in all aspects lead to the fact the issue is not directly related to the default code.

There has to me more to the discussion here than just that. Okay here is the actual plugin content.

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
Now if your code is that maybe some other hack is interfering with an important vb variable which is the GPC['userid'] which determines whether we run that query or not.
try making the plugin this and see what happens but always why would the default vb code lose its own userid. Thats the real mystery. Anyone coming here posting an error for fixing it involved the vbgallery code a vbgallery error.

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
