Question Gallery User's Album Error as Full

Hi!

One of my gallery users has received this message when attempting to upload new images:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 62914560 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3600 bytes) in /home/****/domains/heritagescrap.com/*****/Gallery/image-inc.php on line 116

Please note that I have placed **** to protect my site.

I believe she tried to upload a very large PSD file instead of a jpeg. I know this happened once before, but a hired tech was helping and fixed it. She said that the image was stuck in this user's q. Is the same issue?

How do I fix this for her? Other users are uploading fine. I have looked in the admin panel and the maximum multimedia upload size is set at 1500000. I don't know where I would look to see her Queue to free up the image.

Thank you for your help.

I was able to find my post when this happened before. I cleared the numeric folders under uploads. I have tried again to upload to her gallery, and I get this message:

Warning: imagejpeg() [function.imagejpeg]: Unable to open '/home/****/domains/*****.com/public_html/Gallery/data/500/thumbs/*****_DSDtreasurehunt_preview2.jpg' for writing in /home/****/domains/****com/public_html/Gallery/image-inc.php on line 159

Can anyone tell what this means?

I would suggest you check permissions on your data directory and every directory beneath it are 777 permissions. especially the 500/thumbs directory

Okay. I fixed one folder that was not set at 777. She tried again and receives the same error message. I cannot post the bar graphic here, but her bar is completely green. Yet, you can see below that it shows unlimited space.
Disk space allowed on your account: Unlimited
Disk space used on your account: 2,302,909kb (2302909 bytes)
Disk space remaining for your account: Unlimited

Allowable Image Types: jpg,jpeg,png,gif
Maximum File Size: No file size limit.
Images in your queue: 0

What does this mean?

Are you sure your permissions are correct all the directories exist and safe mode is off on the server?
