Upload issue since upgrade Last week, we were hacked and had to totally wipe the server and reinstall the OS. In the process, we upgraded from 3.7 to 3.7.3. Since the upgrade, I get this error when uploading a photo: "No Image specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator" It takes me through the entire upload process up to the time I submit the photo. I have vGallery 2.4.3. Since I am able to upload to my personal gallery on vB, I assume this may be a vG issue. Any ideas? Thanks for the help in advance. |
Please post a link so we can look Are permissions on the files and users directories under gallery directory set to 777 permissions. |
I'll check out the permissions to be sure but my link is: http://www.gotitans.com/gallery/ Visitors only see thumbs (I think) and can't upload so I'll probably need to set you up with a user/pass I'll send by PM. Thanks. |
Yes please post a test user login so I can follow the links etc to see what issues I see. |
I think the permissions all changed in the restore. I see a "files" folder at 755 and all folders within at 755. Are there specific folders which needs to be 777 (or all)? The only other folder I see is "users". It too is 755. Does it, and all folders within, need to be 777? Thanks. |
they both need to be 777 ;) |
