| Avatars not showing.
Users avatars are not showing inside the postbit within the gallery and showing our replacement no avatar image which is shown when their is no avatar set for a user. I can not find an option in vbgallery to turn on avatars.
Can you please help me with this ASAP, you have my details.
Also, there is an image missing which is:
EXTRA2 a:1:{s:3:
I have never heard of this whatsoever and guess this also needs fixing too.

If this can not be fixed I would like a refund as soon as possible please as this software will be rendered useless for myself and is causing more trouble for me that I dont need to have.

Only some signatures are showing within the vbgallery, also our users have the ability to choose their country flag in the user cp, the flag images are not showing within the vbgallery and is replaced by a box with image inside it and is not shown at at all some browsers

Do you have explicit examples of avatars not showing?
Same with signatures you would need to give examples forum and gallery so we can compare.
Your vbgallery is not going to work with any flag hacks you have in vbulletin etc as we would not know about those hacks.
I would suggest you try our Photopost Pro software which is more robust in features if you think vbgallery is too much trouble.

I paid for this software a week ago and I need some help with this ASAP. If I do not receive some more support with this I would like a refund as this software is useless to myself with it not functioning as described.

I am looking at your profile in the forum you do not have an avatar. Your forum is so heavily modified but I see no avatar for you.
Next you need to give people time to respond. You start talking about refunds and it has not even been 24 hours since you responded to my question which means I cant even begin to assist you before this and you would be assisted in the order recieved.

As a guest you do not see avatars at all on profiles. When you are logged in you can see avatars in profiles.
I talk about a refund because I have been sat waiting for a week and the problem still isnt fixed. All I need (I think) is for the avatars and signatures to show in the gallery

It has been 4 days and this is another issue. You joined on the 13th and where assisted with your other issue on the 14th or so by the time we recieved all the information we needed to assist you. Working in different timezones there will be delays as if I email you its going to be a good deal longer till I can respond back to you as there is little times we are both around on the same time.

Yes I said I would most likely get to it tomorow and you just sent me the correct admin login 7pm last night. It is literally 9 am on a saturday here I am getting up drinking coffee once I wake up a little I will look at this. Yours is not going to be some 2 minute fix.

Can you please have this sorted out tonight, this has been too long and has dragged on a week. Considering this isnt a free software and is actually paid for, I would expect you to help someone out as soon as you can, on Friday, you said this will be fixed by tomorrow which will be Saturday for us and we are now nearly on Sunday.
If this is not fixed and fully functionally I will want a refund please as I have said before the software will be rendered useless to myself as it is not functioning as described.
I dont mean this funny but I have had more help with free modifications/software than this. You say there is a big time difference but when you have been online you still have not fixed this like you said you would have it done by yesterday.
I realise that you have the money so you may not care, but we have paid good money for this and it still is not fixed.

You need to give us time to actually find and correct a bug in software. This in some cases can take days. I have not even had all the correct info to look into your site for 24 hours yet. You have owned the product for 5 days now. I am looking into things and will let you know what I find.
