Installation-sql error

I have been getting an sql error after installing the product file which is the following

It seems to only occur upon clicking any registered users that have came along since installing photopost, it doesnt seem to affect anyone registered before the installation. Can you please help me with this ASAP as I cannot release Photopost to our members until it is fixed. Thank you

( i have the product disabled and it has no errors right now)

I am not seeing anywhere in our product where that is a query in our actual code.

Is there any chance you will be able to help me with this? It only happens when I install the product file

If you send details to us via the contact link I can try but I dont see a query in our product for this. It could be a hack causing this. I would suggest you install the gallery disable all plugins and see if you get any error. I have a clean vbgallery installed and do not get this error which is an error on vb software it seems not the gallery software itself.

I will try disabling other hacks and testing a bit with gallery enabled and report back soon

Can you please help me with this asap, if this will not work on my board after disabling all hacks etc and nobody can get it to work for us then I will need a refund thank you

I sent you an email the only details I see someone sent me does not list the vbgallery install url and the only photo application i see is not one of ours and I do not see vbgallery listed in the admin panel so you may need to set admin permissions open for the user and email us full details to assist.
