PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach()

after i update to 3.7.3 vbulletin

i get this php warn in my cpanel log errors:

PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/site55/public_html/includes/functions_gallery.php on line 1071
