photopost not working after upgrade to dedicated server

We had photopost working with vbulletin version 3.6.0 on a shared hosting server with godaddy about a year ago.

We currently have a godaddy dedicated server which we have had now for a litttle over a year with photopost and vbulletin
We just recently upgraded to vbulletin version 3.7.2
The previous version on the dedicated was 3.6.0 and we couldn't get photopost working since we transfered servers.

anyways

here's my problem

well I've looked this problem up online multiple times.

make sure the url is pointed to the right sources. it is
try changing the permissions to a few different options - all tried
there were a few more things we have tried and still nothing.

Is anyone willing to help us with this problem?

and thank you for taking the time to look

here's some more info.

I've just uninstalled photopost completely.

Reinstalled with a brand new download from photopost.com of PhotoPost vBGallery v2.4.3 (for vBulletin 3.7 only)

everything works great, except i still cannot upload images.

the folders in the gallery are set to 755 right now I've tried 777 and 755 neither work.

I now get a new error

I've looked this issue up online

my file paths are correct
the files have been tried both 755 and 777.

Do you want to enable the vB3 Integration which uses your vB3 headers, footers and styles?
