Cannot Add New User

Hi,

I am running vBulletin 3.7.2 with vbGallery v2.4.3. Since upgrading from 2.1, I have been unable to add new users accounts and get the folowing error message:

Uninstalling vbGallery resolves this issue.

Have you contacted vbulletin about this error since it appears to be a vb error? I dont see anything that has to do with vbgallery in that query so just a question.

I have not Chuck .... but, uninstalling vBGallery resolves the problem, hence the problem must lie with the vBGallery code. This issue has occured with 4 of my sites on different servers and with slightly differing PHP/MySQL setups ... but all within the required spec.

Its not an error that is obvious post installation .... until you create a new user from the Admin area.

Okay but disabling any user merge plugin should resolve any issue that I know of but that query just looks like it has nothing to do with vbgallery hense my question.

Jut found a solution from Zachariah that involves making slight changes to the useradmin_update_data.php file

add new user
