New install of VB and PP: Is 3.7.1 supported?

It is my first use of both software pieces; The latest release from VB is maintainance bugfix rlease 3.7.1, while the latest PP only lists compatability wih 3.7.0. So basically I'd like to know if I should start out with 3.7.0 or if 3.7.1 is compatable (I see a few bug posts re: 3.7.1, but that seems to be at least partially due to updates of both softwares).
