VB 3.7 and VBG Gallery 2.4.3 part 2

I have everything loaded up and when I went to run the installer i get this error message:

XML Error: No error at Line 0

Thanks for all the help you can provide

Upload in ASCII format.
- forums\admincp\product-ppvbgallery.xml

The file is broke.
Install should work after that.
