vbSEO and vbGallery

I am considering the purchase of vbSEO.

If I have vbGallery in /gallery and my forums in my /forums directory, will vbseo automatically convert the url's for vbGallery?

yes and no, there is a 3rd party hack that will plugin in and give you basic URLs.

I will try this. It would be so nice if vbGallery would fully support vbSEO. It all comes down to rewrite rules. I was messing with the CRR's myself but I can't figure it out. Each time I rewrite an URL something else messes up.

I purchased vbSEO nontheless, because it can be done. But I don't think I am going to be able to figure this out myself, although I will try.

Unfortunately not much of a succes, I am redirected to all kinds of weird places and vbGallery is now my default page when I surf to www.mydomain.nl I am really pulling my hairs out here

Well it does work! Not all url's are rewritten of course, but those that do work.

I left the .htacces as is, in my testdomain root it looks like this:

I'll keep on trying. It's a bit confusing to say the least.

I tried to make it look like

domain/gallery/cat3/user402/image317

if I browse to a users image.

But whenever I try slashes strange things happen.

I tried it, and the "alphabet-strip" that you see when you click on a member-category is now properly rewritten like: http://www.local.nl/gallery/cat-3-K although I'd rather see http://www.local.nl/gallery/cat3/K
