Cant reply to Image ...

I have usergroup set to allow reply to image.

I as an Administrator, cant reply to Images.

Where is this controlled?

On another category, I can reply just fine.

Its weird, doesnt show a reason, just refreshes the page with the image

I have the category selected as Member's Category, does that effect anything?

I need to put a message there.
- The comments went into moderation. I bet.

AdminCP => vBGallery => Usergroup Permissions
- edit usergroup
-- Moderate this group's posts
-- Moderate this group's images

Thanks !! yeah it went to moderator, figured it out

but new problem, seeing X when uploading images
