Please Help - Upload Problems

Hi All,

I am unable to upload any files- single or bulk =(

Error Message-

An error occurred while attempting to create a folder for your files. If the problem persists, please notify the webmaster

What to do?

Hello,

The PATH in your setting of the gallery that points to where you will store your images need to be CHMOD 777 via. FTP or File Manager access.

EX: /gallery/files

I am having the same problem too.

however, my gallery/files folder is chmod to 777. and whenever the gallery tries to make a folder the folder is set to 777 but the images wont show up.

they wont upload the chmod is all set. same error WiZMaC gets when tried to upload.

no thumbnail no nothing just a chmod folder of 777

Hey Ahuf,
- Some servers have 777 disabled, try 755.

755 doesn't work either.

I'm with godaddy
plesk console.
dedicated server.
