XML Error upon "Import" during Install of Gallery
 

I've seen this discussed elsewhere but have not seen the final solution. I am installing the latest VB Gallery version with vBulletin 3.6.8. The first part of the install seemed to go fine, it inserted tables etc. However I get the "XML Error: unknown at Line 0" message immediately after I click the "Import" button.

I have tried re-uploading the xml file, and re-installing but got the same result.

FYI..My forums still work after the failed Import but VBgallery does not show up in the control panel, so I can't change any VBGallery settings from there.

There is also an outside change that the XML file may be uploading in binary format, make sure it uploads in ASCII.
