fatal error photopost 2.4.2 vB 3.6.8 pl2

I received an email suggesting I upgrade photopost vbgallery to the current version 2.4.2 for vb 3.68.

I followed the upgrade instructions to the "t"

Upload:
/forums/includes/functions_gallery_imageedit.php
/forums/admincp/vbgallery_install.php
/forums/admincp/product-ppvbgallery.xml

Run the install script from your browser by going to:

http://www.yourwebsite.com/forums/ad...ry_install.php

[ x ] Upgrade.

This script will make all necessary changes to your database, templates, phrases, and settings.

Once you have finished please remove vbgallery_install.php, product-ppvbgallery.xml in the forums/admincp folder.

and received the following fatal error.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: add_table_index() in /home/virtual/site3/fst/var/www/html/forums/admincp/vbgallery_install.php on line 1364

Any suggestions? I have closed my gallery until I find a fix.

- that was for a simple patch 2.4.1 - 2.4.2

All is working as designed now. I should have know there would be more then three file updates.
