Ok, the bold is pointing to the current CMPS header. If you create a image for the gallery later you can edit that link and point it to your new "gallery header" image.

Any chance you could highlight in different colours which section is which, so far there should be 3, the CMPS, the gallery and the forum, the gallery and cmps need to be the same (at present gallery has a link). Also the alt tags need to go on all of them and the forum header needs to point to www.aikidoyuishinkai.co.uk

I reckon I can sort it myself if I know which part belongs to which section.

Hmmm. It's not going for it. Nevermind I can get the hosting company to fix it. Is it working at your end? Or is it just broke at my end?

Your install was fine.
- The gallery_config.php file had an ending slash that needed to be removed.
- Your server is running in "safe mode", I have changed your file storage setting in the gallery to operate.

During the install there was a screen to input your URL's and correct PATH's and it submitted blank. I'll work up a field check on future versions.

exactly my problem. Also it seems to totally screw IIS with one click
