Using an arabic text for the image title on new upload return with weird characters.
Going to edit the image and using an arabic title then saving is working fine.
It's only when uploading a new image.
For now, I have disabed two new added lines from functions_gallery_imageedit.php and it's working fine!

Edit: You can ignore this one, it did not work on my local machine where "iconv" is needed and it was not installed on my local machine, but it worked just fine on the server.
