Install Error... killing me...

Posting this here as well, not sure where it should go... If I'm wrong on one, please pardon me...

Ok, i tried fixing this for 3 days before posting a new thread. i have searched and read every install error thread on this entire community trying to figure it out...

I get everything done, then on step 4, running the install script... all seems to be going well... it asks me to log in, so i do, then it says "thanks for logging in, blah blah blah". Then it jumps to this screen...and says just this error...

"Fatal error: Only variables can be passed by reference in /home/cinckar6/public_html/forum/includes/adminfunctions_template.php on line 2716"

So, all i can think is that it is my forum path that is wrong, but i got this path by using the info.php trick. And i have tried most every other possible forum path... Can someone help me please? I'm close to losing my mind.

Thanks in advance!
Mike

Can you please tell me is this a Photopost Pro question? We dont make any reference or calls to vbulletin files anywhere in our installation process on Photopost Pro's install.

ah yes, it is vbGallery, not pro, sorry.

Hey chuck...

anyone else around that can help with this stuff? Zach hasn't been logged in since the 11th... was hoping to remedy this rather quickly...

been sitting idle on this after purchasing for well over a week now... where else can i turn for support?

I had slicey upload forum/includes/adminfunctions_template.php and replaced the one on the web server from the vBulletin script package.

All is well.
