Upgrade problem from version 2.0 to version 2.3

Currently running version 2.0 beta on vb 3.68

When I tried to upgrade to version 2.3 got database error

Database error in vBulletin 3.6.8:

Invalid SQL:
DELETE FROM vbppgal_settinggroup WHERE grouptitle = 'adv_global';

MySQL Error : Table 'osxe_vb.vbppgal_settinggroup' doesn't exist

My vBGallery tables all have the prefix "adv_gallery_", but a simple renaming won't help since there is no table named "adv_gallery_settinggroup".... I guess I would need a lower version than 2.3 as an upgrade step, but I can only download 2.3.

Can someone help me, please?

By the way, my gallery currently consists of 9,765 pictures using 1.50 GB harddisc space. I really would like to keep all data.

I just successfully upgraded my gallery (containing 9,941 images, using 1.53 gigabyte harddisc space) to vBGallery version 2.3.
