No input file specified error

I've installed vbulletin 3.6.8 and gallery 2.3 with PHP 5.2.3, MySQL 5.0.45 on windows 2003/IIS 6.

All seems to work good in vbulletin, and vbgallery works great, too. However, when I am on a gallery page, e.g. /gallery and login OR logout, I get the message "No input file specified."

This happens consistantly. I did have a custom style that needed some reverting as it was created prior to vbul 3.6.8, so I reverted. This did not help.

I also have the same problem with vbadvanced links.

I installed the forums at: \forums.

gallery was installed at: \gallery.

Do anyone have any ideas?
