Sub Categories not listed correctly?

We have started filling the Gallery with categories but something screwy is going on, if you look at this page you will see that one sub category is not showing.
There should be a sub category under "MPOTM"

Same problem has reared its ugly head again regardless of what I set in Edit Categories still have one gallery missing from list @ http://www.tropicalfishforums.co.uk/...images.php?c=4
