2.2 Upgrade failure

Copied over files and now I can not login to admincp, nor run upgrade script

1) Did you download the new build that was uploaded today to photopost?
2) Can you access /forums/admincp/vbgallery_install.php ?

If not whats the error on the install file ?

Figured it out.

Had the INIT plugin installed. restored backup/removed plugin and was able to upgrade

Oh, yeah, this INIT plugin must be disabled, otherwise you receive an error. and nothing is showm.
