Error message on my first upload
 

Did I forget to do something to allow for uploading?

I attempted to upload an image and I received this error:

What do I need to do to correct this?

Perhaps a permissions error?

I am pretty sure I did that but I'll definitely check again.

Well you are correct. I chmoded the /gallery/ folder instead of the /gallery/files/ folder.

Do I only need to chmod the /gallery/files/ folder and NOT the /gallery/ folder?
