Do you intend to have an Installation Manual and Ticket System for v. 2.1?
I noticed that on the vBGallery download page that those options aren't available (like they are for v1.1 and v.1.0.2).

I am still trying to find the install manual for vBGallery 2.1

In the package you downloaded there is a "readme.html" that came with the package. This should have the info you need.
