DB error during upgrade to 2.1
 

Hello,
I just downloaded the latest version of vbg. when trying to run the upgrade I get

Database error in vBulletin 3.6.2:

Invalid SQL:
SELECT value FROM adv_setting WHERE varname = 'gallery_version';

MySQL Error : Table 'bcnet_vbulletin.adv_setting' doesn't exist

in my vbgallery a chunk of unprocessed php code is displayed before the actual page:

re-upload all the files that came with the gallery build.

ASCII for non images (php, js, html)
Binary for (gif,jpg,png)
