2.1 Upgrade from 2.0 Failed Install!!

Ok I tried to open a Trouble Ticket on this but when you click the link on the Members page for Ticket System you get a FILE NOT FOUND error, that seems to be the case for ALL products (Classifieds, Gallery, ReviewPost, etc.)

So I sent an email to the Contact Us link, I sent a PM to Zachariah and figured what the heck I might as well post here too.

I was running 2.0 just fine (no hacks) a recent install with say a 100 or so photos online (some of which are used for Articles so I CANNOT lose my photos or all of this work will have to be redone).

I uploaded the files to the server via FTP as instructed, ran the installation php file and chose "upgrade". I received back the following error:

I have done NOTHING since. I haven't touched the database, haven't touched any files, haven't re-run anything because I want Zachariah or someone from PhotoPost to fix this ASAP and I don't want to do anything else that might make matters worse.

Is there some other way I should be seeking support, is there a phone # to call? or is this it no ticket system, just a post and hope?
