Upgrade from 1.0.2 to 2.0

Hello. Upgraded successfully to 2.0 from 1.0.2 . but have errors when uploading file.
Get
Image not entered. If you think that is an error contact Administration.

But i choose image, click upload and get this

No. Once something about ppgal_settings table but i've created this table ( it werent exist) and deleted him. upgraded cleany.
But files dont uploading. Tells me that file wasnt choosen .
