Endless Login

I am trying to install on vb 3.6 and I am getting an endless login. The first install screen comes up and I click:

Begin the installation process

It then asks me to log in again. I do, and I get a successful redirect page. Then the loging screen.

Please help

Yes this is happening for vbgallery.

I have not moved servers.

What should my cookie setting be set to?

I have not fiddled with my cookies in the vb options. Never did because of the scary red text saying that it can lead to problems.

This is only happens when trying to install vbgallery. I can log into my vb admin no problem.

I think this post might hold the key but I'm not sure what my cookie prefix needs to be set to. Mine is set to $cookieprefix="bb";

New install - admin login loop

I'll look through that mega huge thread that oldengine sent however I think that is related to logining into the admin cp and not installing vbgallery.

How do I check which vb license vbgallery is configured to? I have multiple boards, but my vb config matches my license.

WHere do I set my options for vbgallery? the gallery_config.php file does not have any options...

I keep reading about setting stuff for vbgallery but no one says exactly where config settings are located. I'm really confused.

I have tried this and it doesn't work.

I don't think it's my vb settings.

It's my vbgallery settings. But I have no clue how to configure these.

Should I be using vbgallery 2.0? I just visited the member's section and realized that may be my mistake. I avoided 2.0 because I thought it was beta and unstable. Which do I use?
