while upgrading to 1.3

I am on vb 1.1 and was running the install script, it did the first part fine then hit this error.

gallery looks to be working fine but shows version 1.2 not 1.3

just did the install again, still got the same error message but everything seems to be working fine ::Shrugs::

Going to look into going to VB 3.6 next ......... yes a right glutton for punishment LOL
