Error Adding A Category

When ever I try to add a category I get.

Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/gallery/managecats.php on line 71

I'm getting this error, I have tried repairing the database and resinstalling phrases and templates. Any ideas?

I'm not sure why this started happening I don't have any mods it is version 1.0.2 and everything is pretty much standard.

What PHP Ver do you have on the server ?

I had 4.1.4 or 4.1.x can't remember exactly. I thought it may be a php thing and so I upgraded to the latest 5.1.4 I believe. Still no change.

BTW I have also tried replacing all the files in /gallery
and I'm pretty sure this started happening when I upgraded from 1.0.1 to 1.0.2 gallery.

Also after I replaced the files I can't even try to add the category anymore I get instant error when I go to the /gallery/managecats.php page. Before I replaced all the files I could at least view the managecats.php page and attempt to add.

I have also tried doing a repair optimize on my db.
