Cant upload, very tired

I read and tried everything in the search for uploading problems. I cant view the thumbnails at all. I need to give someone the password so they can look inside and see if something is wrong. Please help, I been looking for answers for about 2 hrs now, frusrated.

here is how the gallery looks

http://www.palmbeachruffryders.com/gallery/

Nevermind,,,,The owner of the site freaking changed the darn file path and I luckily caught it. Instead of the path being

http://www.palmbeachruffryders.com/gallery/files

it was

http://www.palmbeachruffryders.com/home/gallery/files

I put the folders in the root like I was suppose to but he added the home/gallery/files argggghhhhh....can We say consultation fee?
