footer gray area

Please see attached. Why am I see all that gray box on the bottom half?

None of the templates are modified except navbar which is not the cause as I reverted to original and the problem persisted.

Do you mean the gap below the "Powered by..." text? If so I would have to assume that it is due to the way your custom style was done, most likely in the footer area.

Does the gap appear when using the default vB style?

yes, same with default. It is a setting within the photo album gallery because it happens on default theme and only with the gallery.

basically, what needs to be done is to have some sort of 100% height setting so the footer shows clean down to the bottom instead of a gray area.

Any help on this would be great. It would look much nicer this way

OOhhhh... Now I understand which grey area you're talking about.

The problem will go away when you start adding some categories to your gallery and when viewed in the browser the vertical scroll bar appears.

The same behavior occurs for any vB screen that is shorter than the browser window.
