fresh install vbgallery, after thread symbols and titles are lost!

When we fresh install any version of vbgallery, forum thread titles and default thread symbols are lost!

BEFORE INSTALLATION VBGALLERY:

thread symbol:

AFTER FRESH INSTALLATION ANY VERSION:

default thread symbol is lost!:

I've checked all vbgallery sites and same problem all their's site, i also uninstalled vbgallery but problem still persist..

How can i fix this problem?
