When people use quotations in a reply in the gallery, the quotes show up as "

I am working on that, @ the moment my server is dong "scandisk"
- There is a problem with the "quickreply" WYSIWYG mode.

Untill I get it fixed you can switch the quickreply to standard controls.
- AdminCP => vBulletin Options => Message Posting Interface Options
-- Quick Reply: Enable Standard Controls

Since you took over vBGallery I did not see a general update package with new features and fixes.
All I can see are small fixes all over the board...
