Problems with both versions

I have a licence for both verisons of vbgallery. At the same time, both galleries stopped displaying images. The images are still there and I can download them from the server onto my computer, but if I look at them via the gallery script they come up as red crosses. If I try to access them direct via the picture url, it comes up as a red cross.
I had not altered the script at all, but assumed this was an upgrade issue so upgraded both my galleries and nothing has changed. I have also run all the maintenance scripts and stil nothing works. Can anyone help?
The url is http://www.pne-online.co.uk/gallery/

Well if anyone is interested, I uninstalled the script, repeated following the instructions and re-installed the software and still the same problem remains.
To repeat what I said before, I didn't change anything to stop it working - it just started showing red crosses one day right out of the blue. Very poor support from here by the way and I think you have lost a customer here.
I paid vbadvanced in good faith for a years worth of support and upgrade. It s transferred to you and it seems that is nul and void. Guess I'll start looking for a more reliable and better supported script.

Wattie,

Not sure what you mean by "both versions" of the gallery. I tried visiting the link above but you've closed the gallery to the public.

There is no reason why they would've stopped suddenly without some type of interaction. Was anything changed on the site recently? vB upgrade? PHP upgraded? Are the physical files still on the server? If so did the 'check for missing images' option in the Maintenance screen get a hit on them?

By both versions I mean one version for Vbulletin 3.0 and one for Vbulletin 3.5 as I have 2 sites.
Whether or not the server hosts upgraded php or not I dont know but surely that wouldn't stop the images displaying. The images are found in the maintenance script but still not displayed. I have gone through all the maintenance options with no success. Also reinstalled it. The images can be downloaded via an ftp program so they are there, it just wont display them.

If they both stopped working on the same day with the same issue I would suspect a server (whether it be code or directory paths or something else) first.

Would you mind either temporarily turning the Gallery back on or sending me a username/pw that has access to look at the Gallery while it's turned off? That way I can at least poke around to see if I spot anything quick.
