weird ampersand problems.

Hey Zach,
Since the upgrade i have been getting weird ampersand in posts.

for example:

<P><P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #f5f5ff">I know he had a hot ass an your car alarm was heat sensative? hehe</FONT></P></P>
<P> </P>
<P>i think there is something wrong with the script when adding coments to gallery</P>

AdminCP => VBoptions => Message Posting Interface Options => Quick Reply

Set to: Enable Standard Controls.

I added a bit of code to "Enable Standard Controls" no matter the forum setting in the gallery untill I can work out the bug. It should be kicken in.
